Junior High Division
The Junior Division of the NHSRA is the first truly international junior high rodeo association in the world.Competition is open to boys and girls in the sixth, seventh and eighth grades.


CHRSA
The California High School Rodeo Association represents the nine high school rodeo districts in California. Each district competes in eight rodeos throughout the year to determine those qualified to compete in the State Finals.

                                             RULE REFRESHER~~CHECK HERE FOR THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW.

BREAKAWAY ROPERS~~The flag on the end of your rope needs to be white. Also you tie your rope to your saddle horn at the knot on the end of your rope.
BARREL RACERS/POLEBENDERS~~Your hat must be on your head when you enter the arena. 5 second penalty assessed to the run if not wearing your hat.
ALL ROPING EVENTS~~Line judge will determine broken barriers. If the pig tail is carried more than 10 feet from the pin, the barrier judge may waive the penalty if the contestant did not obviously beat the barrier. HOWEVER if the contestant has obviously broken the barrier you may still impose a beating-the-barrier penalty.
Each High School Member must have $200.00 in sponsorship money in to Carol Lampert by December 1, 2011.
